"Pickup was okay, but I got a bit uneasy after paying"
The pickup did work in the end, but it was slower than I expected. After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure because there wasn’t much communication, and I wasn’t totally confident everything was going smoothly. It turned out okay, just not the best experience.

"Quick replies and easy Communication"
I had a couple questions before I placed my order and they got back to me Fast. The replies actually felt like a real person wrote them, not some copy paste answer, which I really appreciated. They also kept me updated along the way so I didn’t have to keep checking in. Overall, super simple and no Stress at all.

I ordered through TicoShopping, and my main concern was customs because I really didn’t want to deal with a bunch of confusing back-and-forth or last-minute surprises.

They told me what I needed to do and kept me updated while the package was clearing, which made it feel a lot less stressful for me. I just paid what I had to pay, and everything kept moving without turning into some annoying situation.

My package arrived in good shape, the customs part was much easier than I expected. I’d use them again just because it saved me the headache

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect ordering from ticoshopping.com, but the package arrived in really good condition. The box wasn’t dented or beat up, and everything inside was wrapped well. I guess I have to give them credit here, it showed up clean and not smashed, so I’m happy with that.

"Helpful support and fairly quick replies"
I had a question about my order, so I reached out to TicoShopping support. They replied the same day, which made me feel a lot more relieved. The first response was a little brief, but at least they answered the main thing I was worried about.
I did have to send one more message to better understand the delivery details, but they got back to me again without leaving me hanging forever. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall I felt taken care of, and that really mattered to me.

I had a small issue with my order and, to be honest, I was already expecting it to turn into one of those long back-and-forth situations. But I reached out to TicoShopping, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They didn’t make it complicated or ask a million questions, they just helped fix it. My stuff arrived fine after that, so overall it was a good experience. I’d order from them again...

The staff was polite enough and they did answer my questions, but the whole thing felt a little rushed. One person was actually helpful, but another seemed like they really didn’t want to be bothered. I ended up getting what I needed, but I left feeling like maybe I should’ve shopped around more or gone somewhere with better service. It wasn’t terrible, just not as professional or reassuring as I hoped.

"Refund went smoothly"
I ended up needing a refund because I ordered the wrong item, which was avoidable on my part. I reached out to support and they got back to me the next day asking for a couple of details, nothing too frustrating or drawn out.

The money showed up back in my account about a week later. I do wish it had been a little quicker, but they handled it without making me constantly follow up, so I’d give them 4 stars for that.

Scheduling the delivery was really easy, which I appreciated. The driver was friendly enough and everything went fine overall, but they did show up a little later than the time I was given. Not a huge issue, just a bit inconvenient.
